"I have used Instant VB to convert open source demos written in C# to VB.NET. Typical code is converted 'instantly.' Only the more obtuse corners of .NET such as complex custom attributes fail to convert. Support is almost as 'instant'; reported bugs are often fixed in less that a day. Pays for itself on the first conversion."
